Job Summary
A brief description of the role.
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of offices.
This role could involve working in different offices across the Sheffield region
Key Responsibilities
– Managing incoming calls, emails, and other communications
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Filing andorganisingg documents (physical and digital)
– Assisting with data entry and record keeping
– Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
– Supporting other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
– Excellent organisational and time management skills
– Strong written and verbal communication
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
– Monday – Friday availability
