Job Opportunity: Casual Chef de Partie (CDP) – Enhanced DBS Required

Location: Various Locations (Agency Chef)
Rate: £16.32per hour – £21.88 (dependent on the role being covered)
Contract Type: Casual / Flexible Hours
Start Date: ASAP

Are you an experienced Chef de Partie with a passion for fresh food and flexible working? We’re currently seeking a talented and reliable CDP to join our casual team, working across various sites including schools, care homes, and event venues. An Enhanced DBS check is essential for this role due to working in sensitive environments.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role

Valid Enhanced DBS certificate (or willing to obtain one before joining)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations

Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Flexibility to work different shifts (weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings)

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard

Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily operations

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

Following all food hygiene and health & safety procedures

Assisting with stock control and ordering where necessary
