Van Driver

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Van Driver to ensure the timely delivery and collection of vans to and from client sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations, liaising closely with customers, depot staff, and hire desk administrators.

Reporting To: Depot Manager

Liaising With: Customers, Depot Staff, Hire Desk Administrators

Key Responsibilities:
* Safely driving company vans to designated locations.
* Conducting daily vehicle inspections and promptly reporting any defects or issues.
* Ensuring all vehicles are maintained according to manufacturer service intervals.
* Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures during operations.
* Following company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
* Preparing vans for hire, including cleaning, testing, and inspecting vehicles.
* Performing additional duties as assigned by the Depot Manager.

Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar driving role.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience with a valid UK driving license.
* Polite, well-mannered, and professional at all times.
