Sous Chef

Hamilton Mayday is looking for a Sous Chef for a Temp to Perm position in Army Barracks, Windsor

Pay : Equivalent to £31,200/.- annually
40 hours per week, overtime available
Time : 3 rotational shift patterns 0600-1400, 1100-1900,1230-2030
Location : Windsor

Duties :

Preparing a particular kitchen station by bringing all food containers to that point in the line.
Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal. Assisting with marinating, cutting and precooking foods.

Requirements :

Right to work in the UK
Prior experience required
-Must have an enhanced DBS
