Senior Waiter/Chef de Rang

Recruiting for a charismatic Senior Waiter/Chef de Rang for our client based on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, North Wales.

This luxurious 5* country house hotel is a destination for quiet retreat, comfort and culinary indulgence with the spectacular Snowdonia National Park right on the doorstep. The hotel has eighteen luxurious, individually styled bedrooms as well as four garden suites situated within the estate grounds and two restaurants – one fine dining with a three rosette and Michelin Green Star and a more relaxed Bistro.

As the Senior Waiter/Chef de Rang, you will be
* Working closely with the F&B Manager to ensure an incredible dining experience
* Interacting with guests and advising on menus and wine selections
* Liaising with the kitchen as well as with the FOH team

Working hours are 5/7, full time hours (approx. 45 hrs)

Our ideal candidate would be
* an experienced Senior Waiter/Chef de Rang with a minimum of 2 years within a fine dining establishment
* exceptionally attentive to detail and presentation
* passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
* confident in liaising with guests and colleagues
* a team player as well as use initiative
* able to work under stress remaining calm with a good sense of humour
* flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
