Recruitment Consultant

Due to an exciting period of growth, Hamilton Mayday are currently recruiting for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our branch based at our Slough office.

Our team specialises in the placement of temporary workers across the Hospitality/Industrial and Commercial markets. This role will be focused sales within the industries above and also new areas to target.

As the recruitment consultant you will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts.

Day to day to responsibilities of the role are as follows:

*Advertising and filling vacancies
*Business development and Sales
*Account development
*Sourcing suitable candidates
*Interviewing and registering candidates
*Administration
*Referencing
*Arranging Interviews
*Conducting client meetings
