RECEPTIONIST

We are currently recruiting for an RECEPTIONIST within a successful expanding manufacturing company based in Scunthorpe.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience and a pro active attitude within the role.

Responsibilities and duties will include:

* Receiving internal/external calls, ensuring all calls are dealt with efficiently
* Welcome customers into the office reception and notifying relevant staff of attendance
* Control of the switchboard
* Work within a busy open office
* General admin duties to include filing, data entry, photocopying
* Provide admin support to managers Qualifications and skills required:
* Competent on all Microsoft Office packages
* Confident speaking on the phone and face to face
* Positive attitude
* Organised
* Previous experience of an administrative role
* Working as part of a team

Hours of work: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
Annual salary:21,000k
