RECEPTION/PATIENT SERVICES SUPERVISOR (FULL-TIME)
Salary: £25,967 to £27,727 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Working hours: Monday to Friday – ability to work across the Practice operating hours, 7.45am to 6.45pm, will be required. Flexibility to change start/finish hours as/when necessary will also be required.

The Reception/Patient Services Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of our busy reception team; ensuring services are delivered in accordance with practice procedures and protocols and within required time-scales.

Applicants will need proven supervisory experience, excellent communication/interpersonal and IT/administrative skills and have the ability to work flexibly as part of a team whilst managing their own workload. Accuracy and attention to detail are also essential requirements as is the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a busy environment. Experience of using a patient based clinical system, for example EMIS Web, would be desirable.

Previous experience in general practice is desirable although not essential; more important is the ability to lead and supervise the reception team to deliver an exceptional level of service to the patients.
