Powder processing facility, that create and distribute a wide range of high-quality products, including colourings, flavourings, and savoury powders.

As a Packing Operative, you’ll be an essential part of our team, working collaboratively to ensure the production, safety, and hygiene requirements of our plant are met.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have your own transport due to our factory’s location. You’ll also need to be physically strong and able to handle and move 25kg bags.

As a Packing Operative, you’ll be responsible for packing our products into the required packaging and palletising them, completing necessary records, and ensuring all areas of our plant and equipment meet the necessary hygiene standards. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn and acquire new skills through our in-house training courses.

Our working hours operate on a 3 shift pattern (weekly rotating), from 6am to 2.30pm, 10pm to 6.30am, and 2pm to 10.30pm, Monday to Friday. You must be able to work all shifts.

We offer a competitive rate of £12.73 per hour, with the opportunity for overtime at £18.27 per hour (optional and over 40 hours). You’ll be working through an employment agency initially, but will have the opportunity to be taken on permanently after a successful probation period.
