Operations/Sales Manager B&I, London/Home Counties, £50k +commission on sales

Recruiting for a passionate, driven and experienced Operations Managers with Sales experience to join our clients’ team.

Working within B&I Contract Catering, the company is now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to support the existing business as well as work to drive and develop new business.

As the Operations/Sales Manager, your role will involve
* Overseeing sites and working with General Managers to ensure client service level agreements are met
* Liaising and meeting with clients to build on existing relationships as well as forge new ones
* Acting on leads to drive the business forward
* Sales tenders and presentations
* Managing financial reports

You, as the ideal candidate, will be
* An existing Operations Manager within B&I sector
* Experienced with sales bids and presentations
* Able to manage teams in a firm but positive manner
* Strong within client relations both managing existing and building new
* Have exceptional communication and organizational skills
* Financially astute
* Naturally analytical with the ability to problem solve
* Tenacious with a forward thinking manner and can do attitude
* Passionate about catering and hospitality with a desire to offer your clients and customers an outstanding level of service
