Hamilton Mayday is looking for a Sous Chef for a School based in Hampton

Details :

Mon-Fri (Term time)
Pay : £16.54/hour
Enhanced DBS is required
Prior experience is required, essentially working in a school
Allergens, Food & Safety certs required

Duties :

-Responsible for the whole cooking
-Food preparation
-Kitchen management
-Inventory
-Equipment
-Safety
-Staff management
