Role : Relief Chef Manager
Pay : £16.02/hour
Location : Richmond upon Thames
Shift : Mon-Fri (Term time), Day shifts

Duties :

-Covering chef and chef manager
-Menu Planning and Execution
– Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes, monitoring wastage and portion control
-Employee Management
-Inventory and Cost Control
-Customer Relations
-Health and Safety Compliance
-Budget and Financial Management
-Menu Development and Innovation
-Compliance and Documentation
