10.50 / 11.50 per hour, depending on experience.
Temping and ongoing placements.
Full and Part-time hours available.

We require EMIS or System 1 trained Medical Receptionists who are looking to work on a temping basis. We have multiple vacancies available with a range of hours.
Please see below for the areas in which we currently have openings.

London postcodes including (but not limited to) W2, W4, WC1, SE1, SE11, SW8, N16, N11, NW3, SE4, SE13, SE17, WC2H, E5 and more!

Examples of current temporary sessions are as follows:
London, N16, Emis Web – Reception
Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.00
To start ASAP ongoing

London, N19, Emis Web – Reception
Friday 17th November 08.00 – 16.00

London, SE4, Emis Web – Reception
Thursday 23rd November 15.00 – 20.00
Friday 24th November 16.00 – 20.00

London, W4, System1- Reception
Wednesdays – Fridays 15.00 – 19.00

London, WC1X, Emis Web – Reception
Monday – Friday 20 – 30 hours a week

London, NW3, Emis Web – Reception
Thursday 14th December 10.30 – 18.30

Your duties will include:
– Booking appointments into the CRM system
– Taking calls and speaking to patients
– Handling queries in a time-effective manner
– Organising and prioritising your workload
– Travelling between the sites when required

About you:
– MUST have experience with EMIS web / System 1 (PLEASE NOTE – if there is no experience with EMIS web or System 1 you will not be considered).
– Positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
– Patient and kind with a great telephone manner
– Well-presented and professional
