We’re on the lookout for a chef recruitment consultant to look after our back of house business in Manchester.

What will I be doing?

As our Chef Recruitment Consultant, we are looking for someone to really make this role their own. Operations co-ordinator, Client liaison, Team manager the role will fall under many brackets but we are looking for someone who takes control and strives to innovate!

You’ll be responsible for maintaining client relationships and looking for opportunities to exceed expectations. The ideal candidate would be a real people person with a natural flair for projecting confidence and have an in-depth knowledge of the sector. The successful candidate will be fully client facing and responsible for gathering feedback in order to develop the various departments.

This role involves maximising on sales opportunities to grow and develop the back of house business in the company. So experience in sales is essential.

As a Chef Recruitment Consultant you will be working closely with the Branch Manager and will have a direct impact on the strategy and growth of the Branch.

The successful candidates’ duties will include:

· Being ‘in the know’ with the local market

· Direct relations with our clients to ensure smooth delivery of contracts

· Regular client consultation, using a range of media, directly or digital

· Organising delivery of event days (staffing and logistics)

. Maximising sales opportunities

· Analyse and implement client feedback

The ideal candidate skillset will include but not be limited to:

Have a flexible and adaptable approach to business
Organised and able to multitask
Have an in depth knowledge of kitchen operations and able to communicate effectively
Socially confident with ability to inspire confidence
Up to date with current market trends and cultures
Able to quickly establish close working relationships
Sales driven
