We are currently looking to hire a Chef de Partie to prepare high-quality meals and fine dining for events and private bookings. The role also involves supervising junior staff. This role is perfect for a hungry chef who wants to further there career.

The kitchen team is small and friendly, and we pride ourselves on producing excellent food using only fresh products. We strive to use local produce whenever possible.

This is a full-time position, with 36.5 hours per week, working five out of seven days (mostly straight shifts). The Department operates for 50 weeks of the year and usually closes over the Christmas and New Year period. Previous experience with fresh food is essential.
