We are currently recruiting for an experienced and people focused HR Manager to join our client’s team based in London.
Working within an exciting and challenging environment, the business is growing rapidly with the company employing more people every week.
As the HR Manager, you will be totally people focused with the ability to advise Operational teams on all performance management issues including disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, employee welfare issues, long term sickness as well as pay issues.
You’ll need to be able to liaise and communicate with a variety of people at all levels with professionalism and clarity. Using your experience and knowledge, you’ll be involved with decisions and solutions to the business which may involve you challenging the operations teams so a confident approach is essential.
Our ideal candidate would
-Be an experienced HR Manager with a progressive career background
-Be CIPD qualified or equivalent
-Have commercial acumen
-Be confident in providing advice
-Be adaptable and able to think on your feet
-Have excellent organizational and communication skills
-Be self motivated and able to work on your own as well as within a team
-Have HR experience within catering and hospitality, retail or a similar environment
-Have exceptional attention to detail
