Hotel General Manager, 5* hotel, Inverness £40k

Fantastic opportunity for a customer focused Hotel General Manager to join an award winning, luxury 5* hotel.

Recently transformed, this luxury hotel is based in the heart of Inverness and offers an outstanding level of guest service.

As the Hotel General Manager, you will be
* Assisting with check in and check out
* Managing guest bookings for restaurant reservations and afternoon tea
* Manage the small team
* Responsible for maintaining high standards and ensuring guests satisfaction is more than exceeded
* Hands on in all areas as business requires

Working hours are 5/7 days on a rota

As an ideal candidate, you will be
* An Assistant General Manager or Hotel General Manager with a 5*/4* hotel background
* Experienced with working in a small luxury hotel environment
* Able to lead, manage and motivate a small team
* Extremely hands on in all areas
* Customer focused with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
* Able to work under pressure and resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
* Flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
