Our client is currently looking to recruit a passionate Head Chef to oversee both Staff Dining and Hospitality in their prestigious site based in Berkshire for a well-known Contract Caterer working Monday – Friday.
This is a high volume multi-outlet site, which consists of a Staff Restaurant, various Cafes, Bar Food, Hospitality and Events. You will be using the best seasonal fresh produce within all areas to maintain the high standards this site already holds.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the operation making sure everything is in line with the client’s requirements and needs. You will need to be an extremely strong leader to help guide the team to ensure a good working ethic, as well as having a hands on approach when needed. You will need to know current food trends, be financially aware and preferably have worked in a multi outlet site.
To be considered you will
*Be working within a similar role as a Head or Senior Sous Chef and worked within a multi outlet site
*Worked within a corporate environment within Contract Catering
*Worked within High Volumes
*Be passionate about food and be up to date on food trends
*Have excellent communication skills at all levels and be able to lead and develop your team
*Be financially aware
