Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Head Chef for their luxury 5* resort located on an island in St Vincent and the Grenadines, Caribbean.

Based in a truly stunning location, the island is renowned for its idyllic beaches and scenery. This 5* site consists of exclusive suites, luxury villas and a stunning private house all with a beach on the doorstep. In addition, there is a fine dining restaurant and a poolside bar and terrace producing incredible food using the highest quality ingredients.

As the Head Chef, you will be
* responsible for the kitchen and all food produced
* able to create and produce exciting menus at all levels using local ingredients
* working alongside the General Manager to drive the business forward
* financially astute

As a candidate, you will be
– an existing Head Chef with a proven career history
– ideally have worked within either Michelin, rosette kitchens and/or 5* hotels
– able to lead, manage and develop a team as well as work as a team player
– creative and able to produce stunning food using fresh, high quality ingredients and produce
– able to liaise with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
– flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
