Head Chef – Fine Dining, Events Venue, City of London Monday to Friday up to £50k

Fantastic opportunity for a creative and talented Head Chef to be a part of this prestigious venue.

Catering for 5* standard events, the kitchen provides high quality food for a wide range of events and functions offering a diverse menu from classics to contemporary to plant based.

As the Head Chef, you will
* work alongside the Exec Chef and supporting the operation
* produce fresh food menus based on seasonality
* ensure standards and expectations are met and exceeded in terms of food and presentation
* manage agency staff when on site

Working hours are Monday to Friday (evenings are involved) with maximum of 2 weekends per year

Our ideal candidate would be
* a talented Head Chef with a proven experience in rosette/Michelin star kitchens
* passionate about fresh food, seasonal ingredients, sustainability and great service
* able to lead, manage and motivate a team and work as a team player
* attentive to detail with an exceptional eye for presentation
* able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
* calm and reasonable with the ability to work under pressure
* flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
