General Catering Manager
Recruiting for a dynamic and passionate General Manager to manage our clients’ site based in W1, London.
With approx. 1000 people on site, the catering department provides for staff dining as well as extensive hospitality as well as vending.
As the General Manager, you will
* be fully responsible for the overall running of the catering department
* lead and manage a team of 18 staff in total
* work closely with the Head Chef to drive the business forward
* manage the day to day clients’ relationship ensure that the service provided meets and exceeds expectations
* oversee all financial aspects including budgets and financial reports
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

As our ideal candidate, you would be
– experienced at managerial level within a Catering & Hospitality environment
– able to demonstrate strong financial acumen
– able to handle multiple demands as well as work under pressure
– a strong leader who can lead, manage and develop their team
– experienced of dealing with and developing a client relationship that requires patience and confidence
– knowledgeable about current food trends and concepts
– an excellent communicator at all levels
– a strategic decision maker
– flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
