Chef de Partie-Hospitality

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie for a busy contract catering site in the City of London.

You will be leading the Hospitality section at a busy site and play a pivotal role in creating delightful dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and production.

Short summary:
* £15.50/hour
* 40 hours/week
* Monday to Friday
* Day time shifts ( 07.00-16.00 )
* Occasional evening work
* Weekends off
* Bank Holidays off

Ideal candidate:
* Experience in banqueting, canape functions and events
* At least 2 years experience as a Chef de partie in a similar culinary role within the
hospitality industry
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards
