Chef de Partie – Monday to Friday 40hrs per week
We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Chef de Partie to join our client’s team based in London.
Working for a leading contract caterer, the kitchen caters for staff dining as well as hospitality.
As the Chef de Partie, you will be a vital part of the team. Ideally you will able to run a section as well as work all areas of the kitchen. As you will be working within a team, you will naturally need to be a team player as well as have the ability to use your initiative.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 7am – 3/3.30pm, approx 40 hours per week with paid overtime.
Our ideal candidate will
– be at Chef de Partie level with a good work history
– have worked within high quality restaurants, hotels or contract catering
– be able to cook from scratch using fresh ingredients
– be passionate about good food
– be up to date with food trends and concepts
– be enthusiastic and motivate with a positive can do attitude
