About the Role:
As a Chef De Partie, you’ll play a crucial role in our kitchen operations during this short-term assignment. Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards within the designated timeframe.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during the short-term period.
Contribute innovative ideas for menu items, utilizing seasonal ingredients.
Maintain impeccable kitchen cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols.
Assist in mentoring and supporting junior kitchen staff.
Monitor and manage stock levels as required.
Uphold Premier Inn’s reputation for outstanding food quality and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and allergen guidelines.

Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in fast-paced kitchens.
Culinary qualification or relevant training is a plus.
Strong grasp of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
Ability to excel under pressure and consistently deliver results.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Valid Food Safety Certificate Level 2.
Valid Food Allergens Certificate.
Commitment to high cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.
Availability for the specified short-term period (September 23rd to September 30th).
