Our client is looking to recruit a Chef De Partie to work in one of their prestigious sites based around Bristol. The site is busy and with high volumes, you will need to have a proven track record within a similar environment, need to be quality driven, have great culinary skills with attention to detail. You will be using fresh produce and some understanding of food trends would be an advantage.
There are some Hospitality and Events, which take place at times on site, which you will be required to help with
You will need to be self-motivated as well as being a team player and have an understanding of contract catering as well as being able to be self-motivated at times. You will help the Sous Chef with the progression of junior team members; have a full understanding of Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCAP
To be considered for this role, you will
*Have worked in a similar environment with high volumes in Contract Catering
*Have excellent culinary skills with attention to detail
*Be quality Driven
*Have a full understanding of all Food Safety and Health & Safety
*Be aware of the latest food trends
*Self-motivated with the ability to work in a high pressure environment
*Can work 5/7
*Looking for progression within the catering industry
*Be able to assist with the lower level team members within their progression
