A client has a fantastic opportunity for a Catering Operations Manager to work in this gorgeous location based near South Gloucestershire. You will be required to work 5 / 7 which will be essential for this site. You will be overseeing a full range of hospitality including some glamping for overnight stays in this stunning scenery
The business is very seasonal, so you will be expected to work with the forecasts and plan your teams effectively to maximise sales and deliver a great customer experience.
You will manage the day-to-day on site Catering Operations; work closely with the client teams to achieve mutual goals. Implement procedures to drive standards and consistency in line with company values. Support the Deputy General Manager to deliver the commercial growth for the business through leading and supporting your team in delivery of their financial target
To be considered
*Management experience within a similar Leisure, Retail and C&E background
*Results orientated and motivated to achieve measurable results
*Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety
*Have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
*Be self-motivated and show the ability to work in a pressurised commercial, customer facing environment
*Financial and commercial acumen
*Hold a drivers licence
