Catering Assistant

Our esteemed client is in search of a Catering/Food & Beverage Assistant. This role primarily involves working in their café but may also include other areas of the catering operation such as the Dining Hall, Fellows Dining Room, Bar, or Pizza Bar.

Pay rate £25,979
38 days holiday

Essential requirements:
– Familiarity with serving customers in a food and beverage setting (preferably with café experience)
– Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
– Ability to converse in spoken English
– Punctuality and reliable attendance
– Compliance with the College’s uniform rules in terms of grooming

The position requires working any 5 out of 7 days per week, and occasional late finishes may be necessary.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and committed to providing professional customer service, and preferably will already possess a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification. A full UK driving license would also be advantageous for transporting catering items between College sites using our electric van.
