Assistant Manager, SW11 London £28k

We are currently recruiting for a passionate Assistant Manager for this stunning site based in SW London.

With several bars and catering facilities across this site, this is a busy operation.

As the Assistant Manager, you will be
* Managing the bar, stock levels, ordering and preparing Hot & Cold Beverages
* Supporting the GM with the running of the site and team management
* Involved with budgets and financial paperwork
* Building relationships with clients and customers

The site is a 7 day operation so working hours will be 5/7 including weekends, approx. 40 hours a week

Our ideal candidate would
* Be a strong Assistant Manager or Supervisor looking for a step up
* Have experience within restaurants and bars in a commercial environment
* Ideally have worked within a 5* hotel, members club or similar
* Have a personal license (ideally)
* Have exceptional organizational and planning skills within the ability to look ahead
* Be able to prioritise and work under pressure
* Have enthusiasm and passion for food as well as an understanding of food trends
* Be a driven self-starter with passion and motivation
* Be friendly and flexible with a positive can do attitude
