Chef, Residential Care Home, TW12 £28k

Catering for a 75 bed care home, the kitchen provides a breakfast, lunch and dinner service for residents and staff using fresh ingredients.

As the Chef, you will be
* Working alongside the Chef Manager and as part of the team to provide a high level service
* Liaising with staff, residents and families
* Cooking a variety of dietary requirements as well as some texture modified diets
* Assisting with stock take, orders and due diligence

Working hours are 5/7 days, 40 hours per week

To be considered as a candidate, you will
* be an experienced Chef with a proven work history
* ideally have worked within a care home or similar environment
* be a team player as well as use your initiative
* have an understanding of required dietary needs and be able to adapt as necessary
* have an empathetic, friendly and positive attitude
