Chef Manager – Term Time Only

Chef Manager – Term Time only, Reigate Surrey £35k

Catering for an independent nursery and prep school, the kitchen provides fresh, nutritional food for approx. 240 pupils (including nursery) and 30/40 staff on a daily basis.

As the Chef Manager, you will be
* working within a team of 5 and ensure a high level of food is produced
* cooking and preparing dishes from scratch using seasonal ingredients
* creating exciting and nutritious menus
* customer facing so able to liaise with pupils as well as staff

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, term time only.

Our ideal candidate would be
* a Chef Manager with a proven work history
* ideally experienced in catering for independent schools or B&I catering
* a real foodie with a genuine passion for ingredients and produce
* able to lead, manager and work well as part of a team
* attentive to detail and presentation
* strong in communication skills
* flexible and positive with a can do attitude

Please note that as a successful candidate, you will need to undertake a DBS check.
