Weekend Sous Chef, W10 London, 3 days per week £27k

Located in West London, this modern site offers a high end, modern lunch service for clients and tenants. All food is freshly prepared with fresh daily bread and pastries and menus are seasonal with a focus on modern trends.
They are now looking to expand their service to cover weekends and are looking to recruit a strong Weekend Chef to head up the weekend service.

As the Weekend Chef, you will
* Prep and handover with the Head Chef on Fridays
* Work alongside the Head Chef to plan weekend menus
* Take ownership of the running of the kitchen on the weekends ensuring a high standard of food is maintained
* Work alongside the weekend team
* Get any additional prep done for the coming week

Working hours will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday approx. 7am – 4.30pm

Our ideal candidate would be
* An experienced chef, ideally at Sous Chef level, with a proven work history
* Able to work independently and oversee the running of a kitchen
* Food led and able to produce high quality, fresh food
* Up to date with food concepts and trends
* Strong in communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers and team
* Attentive to detail and presentation
* Flexible and willing with a positive attitude
