Bar Supervisor, EC1 London, Weekdays ONLY, £39k

Working within a unique environment, this venue offers lunchtime dining in a modern bar setting.

As the Bar Supervisor, you will be
* Managing the day to day running of the site and liaising with the catering staff
* Responsible for all food and drink stocks including ordering and controlling stock
* Creative with drink menu planning thinking seasonally as well as planning for themes
* Managing budget

Working hours will be Monday to Thursday (occasional Fridays), 40 hrs per week. Latest finish 11pm

Our ideal candidate would be
* An experienced Bar Supervisor with a proven background within pubs or bars
* Knowledgeable about wine, mixology and ales
* A trained barista
* Experience with stock control, accounts and cash control
* Able to work within a fast paced, environment remaining calm and professional
* Flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
