Commis Chef, B&I, City of London £26,500 Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and creative Commis Chef to join the team at our client’s site based in the City of London.

This prestigious site has a busy staff dining restaurant producing breakfast and lunch. All food is freshly prepared using seasonal ingredients and presentation is essential.

As the Commis Chef, you will
* work alongside the other chefs assisting with the food production and supporting the running of the kitchen
* be able to produce good food using fresh ingredients
* be willing to learn and develop

Working hours will be Monday to Friday (mainly daytime) approx. 40 hours per week.

Our ideal candidate would
* be at Commis Chef level with some background with high end catering
* have worked within corporate catering or a similar environment
* be a strong team player
* attentive and keen to learn and develop
* be naturally passionate about food and ingredients as well as up to date with trends and concepts
* have an excellent eye for detail and presentation with flair and creativity
* be flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
