Head Chef, KT20 Surrey, £40k Monday to Friday 40hrs per week

Recruiting for an experienced Head Chef for this busy site based in KT20, Surrey.

With approx. 300/400 people on site, the kitchen provides a breakfast and lunch service as well as some hospitality with all food freshly prepared and high quality.

As the Head Chef, you will be
* Responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen and management of the team of 5
* Financially astute – managing budgets and costings
* Working alongside the General Manager to drive the business
* Creating exciting menus based on current trends/concepts

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

You, as the ideal candidate, will be
* A passionate Head Chef with a proven work history
* Experienced ideally within a B&I/contract catering
* A strong leader with the ability to manage and guide a team as well as work as part of
* Financially responsible and able to manage paperwork and costings
* Excellent in communication and organizational skills
* Flexible and willing with a positive attitude
