Catering General Manager, KT20 Surrey, £45k Monday to Friday

Recruiting for a passionate and experienced Catering General Manager for this busy site based in KT20, Surrey.

With approx. 300/400 people on site, the catering operation provides a breakfast and lunch service as well as some hospitality with all food freshly prepared and high quality. There is also a busy coffee bar.

As the Catering General Manager, you will be
* Responsible for the day to day running of the catering operation and management of the team
* Financially astute – managing budgets, labour and GP
* Liaising with the client and building a strong working relationship
* Hands on – happy to jump in on all areas as needed – this is not an office based role!

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

You, as the ideal candidate, will be
* A strong Catering General Manager with a proven work history
* Experienced ideally within a B&I/contract catering
* A strong leader with the ability to manage and guide a team
* Financially responsible and able to manage paperwork and admin
* Excellent in communication and organizational skills
* Able to manage and develop a client relationship
* Flexible and willing with a positive attitude
* Genuinely passionate about hospitality and customer service
