Chef Manager, NG15 Nottingham, £33k Monday to Friday
Recruiting for an experienced Chef Manager for a small site based in NG15, Nottingham
The catering operation provides a breakfast and lunch service for approx. 60/70 daily with all food freshly prepared and high quality based on up to date food trends and concepts. There will also be a kitchen refurb taking place in the beginning of next year with new equipment etc.
As the Chef, you will be
* Responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen and management of the small kitchen team
* Creating exciting menus based on up to date trends and concepts
* Manage all paperwork including financials and admin
* Liaising with the client and building a strong working relationship
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 3pm
You, as the ideal candidate, will be
* A strong Head Chef or Chef Manager with a proven work history
* Experienced within a professional kitchen ideally with a B&I/commercial catering background
* Up to date with food trends and concepts with a genuine passion for food and ingredients
* Financially aware and able to manage paperwork and admin
* Strong in communication and organizational skills
* Flexible and willing with a positive attitude.
