Wine Waiter/Waitress, Junior Sommelier, SW1 London Monday to Friday, £33,500 + bonus

This established private members club with 2 restaurants, a bar and private dining rooms has an amazing opportunity for a Wine Waiter/Waitress or Junior Sommelier to join the team.

In this role, you will be
* Serving guests
* Recommending wines and pairing wine to food
* Customer focused with good communication, attention to detail and presentation
* Strong in wine knowledge particularly in French wines

Working hours are Monday to Friday only with split shifts: 11:00 – 15:00, 17:00 – 23:00

Benefits include:
* Bonus (currently paid bi-annually)
* 10% work place pension after 5 years
* Exceptional working hours (Club is closed in August, Christmas/New Year and Bank Holidays)
* Taxi home if working after 23:00

Our ideal candidate would
* Be a waiter/waitress or Junior Sommelier with wine knowledge
* Have a stable work history within hospitality
* Have a genuine passion for wine
* Have good communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues and customers
* Be keen to learn and develop, taking advice and direction on board
* Have excellent attention to detail and presentation
* Be friendly and approachable with a professional manner
* Be flexible and willing
