Hospitality Sous Chef, B&I, EC4 London £45k

Based at a law company in the City of London, the catering department provides an all-day food offer for approx. 350 people on site as well as high-end hospitality and fine dining.

As the Hospitality Sous Chef, you will
* Be part of the overall kitchen team of 5
* Produce high quality hospitality and fine dining food including breakfasts, canapés, buffets, bowl food, sandwich lunches
* Work alongside the Head Chef to develop menus and help lead the team
* Be involved with the staff dining as and when necessary
* Manage stock checks, ordering and all compliance

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7:00 – 15:30, 40 hours per week (overtime paid)

You as our ideal candidate, would be
* At Hospitality Sous Chef level with a strong stable work history
* Experienced within corporate catering or B&I hospitality
* Able to cook using fresh ingredients and produce
* Attentive to presentation with an eye for details
* Genuinely passionate about food and ingredients
* Able to work within a team as well as on own using initiative
* Friendly and flexible with a positive can do attitude
* Organised as well as be adaptable and able to think on your feet.
