Restaurant Manager – 4* Hotel, Exeter £31,500 + tronc 45hrs per week

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager for this luxury 4* hotel located in Exeter.

This luxury boutique hotel has a stunning bistro and bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as afternoon tea.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be
* responsible for the smooth running of the Bar, Bistro and meetings operation
* leading and supporting a team ensuring a high standard of service is provided
* managing budgets and KPIs targets
* hands on in all areas

* an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
* experienced in a bistro, brasserie or high standard restaurant
* able to lead, manage and motivate a team
* hands on in all areas
* attentive to detail with exceptional customer service skills
* able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
* flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
