Fantastic opportunity for a creative and passionate Head Chef to oversee the intimate dining at stunning boutique hotel based in the heart of the Cotswolds.

The hotel offers a tailored menu to its guests based on the finest seasonal ingredients with each menu individually created.

As the Head Chef, you will be
* fully responsible for the running of the kitchen and all food produced
* creative and be able to produce exceptional menus and dishes for guests
* leading, managing and motivating your team as well as working as a team player
* liaising with the hotel guests for bespoke menus

Our ideal candidate would be
* an experienced Head Chef with a proven background in rosette kitchens
* genuinely passionate about exceptional food and ingredients
* knowledgeable of seasonal ingredients with a flair for creating tailored dining experiences
* able to lead, manage and motivate a team and work as a team player
* financially astute
* attentive to detail with an exceptional eye for presentation
* able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
* able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and reasonable
* flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
