Job Description

Core working Hours: 8:00 – 14:00 or 9.00 – 15.00 Flexible schedule
Monday to Friday – 30 hours a week
Salary: £11.76 an hour

As an Administrator, you will help this fast-paced site run right from its centre! Key Responsibilities:
 First point of contact for the office providing admin support to the team.
 Work closely with Deputy General Manager, Hospitality and kitchen teams
 Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
 Support budgeting, bookkeeping procedures, data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance.
 Submit timely reports
 Manage hospitality booking portal
 Maintaining stationery stock and ordering when appropriate.
 Supporting the team in maintaining a tidy, safe and pleasant working environment.
 Complying with reception and client procedures, rules and regulations.
