Core working Hours: 8:00 – 14:00 or 9.00 – 15.00 Flexible schedule
Monday to Friday – 30 hours a week
Salary: £11.76 an hour
As an Administrator, you will help this fast-paced site run right from its centre! Key Responsibilities:
First point of contact for the office providing admin support to the team.
Work closely with Deputy General Manager, Hospitality and kitchen teams
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting, bookkeeping procedures, data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance.
Submit timely reports
Manage hospitality booking portal
Maintaining stationery stock and ordering when appropriate.
Supporting the team in maintaining a tidy, safe and pleasant working environment.
Complying with reception and client procedures, rules and regulations.
